Step 3: The plan (this is your roadmap that is customized just for you and your body and your lifestyle; this is your guide it is my prescription for you to be successful; follow this I have made it very easy you don’t need to think about it just follow it)
Step 4: Support (videos, tech, private groups, guides, phone consults, engagement, Q&A, etc.) this is where you will spend a lot of time; you need this support it goes wayyyyy beyond nutrition it goes into mind, courage, consistency, routine, discipline, overcoming challenges, fear, breaking negative patterns, etc.
Step 5: Track goals (see the progress and realign)
