#1 I can not you help you get unrealistic results, quickly
If you’re not prepared to commit to roughly ten times more effort than you’re expecting, I am not your coach. My trainings, workshops, and services will not help you.
True success takes a relentless attitude of forward thinking and disciplined habits. There are no shortcuts. If you have the commitment but need the habits, accountability, and instruction, THEN I can help.
#2 If you are stuck in your comfort zone, you are not going to enjoy my stuff
Changing your body, maintaining weight loss, keeping toned, and directing your mental energy to being as productive as possible, is hard work!
If you don’t want to challenge your comfort zone and don’t want to grow into unknown areas of life, you are not going to get the results you want from my programs (or any programs for that matter).
#3 If you’re looking for “The Easy Way”, I don’t want to help you
My team and I have worked really hard to get to where we are in life and in our careers. This is because we committed to making a solid and strong investment in ourselves, no matter the challenges.
Success is a long term commitment with various “short-term” struggles, so if you are going to quit on week 2 of my workshop, let’s just cut it now and go our separate ways. Life is too precious to be wasting time.
There is a reason my brand is “Bold and Beyond” because when you are bold you can go beyond your limits and into new realms of experience: body, mind, soul.
But it takes hard work, commitment, dedication, and perseverance.
The end is worth it, trust me.

Great question. Probably, the best thing to do is to just get some of my free materials.
If you like it, you’ll probably like my trainings.
If you don’t like it, well you can just move on to the next “fitness Instagram expert.”

Authenticity – It is important to know where you stand when it comes to your own personality and values. Bold & Beyond supports and encourages individuality and uniqueness of every employee and client.
Positivity – Some changes are difficult, especially where the roots run deep. Bold & Beyond understands that it is not easy to make change. This is why every day we are further developing a community around positive thinking and positive reinforcement to encourage you along your health and life journey.
Honesty – The most important part of honesty is knowing who you are and who you want to be. If you are honest with yourself, you can be honest with others around you and truly achieve that which you desire most – because you will be attracting it.
Acceptance – Everyone is different and that is super duper cool! That is what makes meeting and interacting with new people so much fun. Embrace your own thoughts, and ideas, and greatness, along with your mistakes and shortcomings. Everyone is perfectly who they are greatness and shortcomings included.
Forgiveness – First, forgiving yourself when you “mess up” really helps to get back on track. Who even cares if you mess up? Just realize your mistake and do your best the next time around. This goes for others too. Everyone is getting through life the best they can. They say and do things because that is their path and sometimes that is not in alignment with others. Forgive and move on to the next positive thing.
Perseverance – There will always be light and darkness. When one comes, there is surely the other around the corner. Accepting the preceding principles and values will help you get through those tough times of change and celebrate with you when you every step of the way.
