Jan is a full-time tenure professor and had vertebra fusion surgery in her neck. As a result she gained weight and needed help getting back to her pre-surgery weight and activity level.
I worked with her on a VIP level exercising virtually starting with low impact movements, stretching, and body weight exercises.
We have gradually added weight for increased resistance and Jan has, in the past few months, added muscle tone, muscle density, and therefore increased her metabolism and lost noticeable inches.
I was able to help her get back into shape by implementing consistent effective routines. I helped her strengthen her muscles around her shoulders, neck, and upper body again which gave her more confidence to exercise on her own and get additional results.
Jan is still making progress working with me. She continues to gain strength and tone in addition to reducing stress and having more natural energy for her busy, active lifestyle.
