I know what it’s like to be really busy and on the go all the time.
For 10 years I worked in corporate going from appointment to appointment, traffic, meetings, traveling, flying, office, etc.
And I know how hard it is to fit in fitness and nutrition when you are taking care of business.
You feel like you never have the time to take care of yourself.
I get it! I was there for many, many years.
What helped me make the big switch was when I realized…
the better I took care of myself with nutrition, the better I felt, which meant I was able to focus better and have more natural energy.
The more clarity and stable, energy I was able to put forth towards the things I was trying to accomplish, I noticed I made more of an impact.
And really that comes down to nutrition even more than exercise.
I know there are always challenges – being addicted to sodas, energy drinks, coffee, eating the junk food in the vending machines, quick fast food meals for convenience, etc.
The truth that you have to realize is with a little bit of preparation…
you can eat what you want for natural energy and you don’t have to rely on reactive measures.
This is the cause of frustration. Just stop it!
This type of behavior is not helping you, it is hurting you. You can’t be reactive, you need to switch to planning and mapping out your nutrition ahead of time.
This is the game changer – being proactive and making healthy choices and giving yourself the proper fuel you need to reach your goals.
You will make more of an impact.
